Private Client Services: Wedlake Bell’s private client group consists of the private client, residential property and family teams. Whilst other law firms have shifted their focus from private to corporate clients, Wedlake Bell has consolidated its team of tax, trust and estate lawyers, advising on the following areas:

■ UK taxation and tax planning (income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax and also the taxation of offshore companies and structures)

Real Estate Services: The firm is a full-service real estate practice with a reputation for dealing with high-value development and investment work. It acts for a diverse range of domestic and international clients: investors, developers, banks, owner-occupiers and tenants, universities and charities. Dispute Resolution Services: Dispute resolution specialists are embedded across the firm’s service lines. Frequent instructions are received from clients based overseas, often referred through recommendations from the firm’s network of international contacts.
