Founded by Johan Lundberg, an industry-leading expert in banking & finance and restructuring, alongside Svante Hultqvist, Joachim Strand, Mirja Sikander, and Sebastian Karlsson, the firm benefits from a team with decades of experience in leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, project finance, and corporate restructuring.

The firm draws on the strategic leadership of Maria-Pia Hope, former Managing Partner of Vinge (2012–2024), who serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board.
