Johan Lundberg, CEO and founding partner of RE:FI STHLM, has extensive expertise in banking & finance and restructuring. Over the course of his career, he has advised major banks, financial institutions, direct lenders, and debt funds on high-profile domestic and cross-border financing transactions and complex restructurings, earning recognition for his analytical acumen and innovative problem-solving skills. His experience spans leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, syndicated lending, project finance, public-to-private finance, and refinancing, including sustainability-linked and green loans. He also has a strong Nordic and international network.

Johan has played a major role in some of the most complex corporate restructurings in the Nordic market. He regularly represents lenders, agents, and creditor groups in distressed situations, debt restructurings, and work-outs, leveraging his strategic approach and deep expertise to navigate challenging financial scenarios.
