Private credit: Private credit transactions, including senior and unitranche loans; first out/last out debt; second-lien loans; mezzanine or subordinated debt; complex intercreditor arrangements; mixed unitranche and asset-based lending structures; holdco PIK facilities; preferred equity investments; equity kickers and co-investments.
