Proskauer’s Private Investment Funds Practice has market-leading capabilities in fund structuring, offering and operations for closed-ended funds (including hybrid funds) in a wide range of asset classes including private equity, buyout, venture/growth, credit, secondaries, real assets, and beyond.
Proskauer also has a market-leading global secondaries team that has provided in-depth advice on all aspects of the secondaries market since the dawn of the industry. Private Credit
Proskauer’sPrivate Credit Group is made up of cross-disciplinary finance and restructuring experts exclusively dedicated to private credit investors. It includes over 90 finance and restructuring lawyers focused on representing credit funds, business development companies and other direct lending funds in connection with “clubbed” and syndicated credits, preferred equity, special situations and alternative investments.

Proskauer has been a pioneer in the evolution of the global finance industry and is uniquely placed to lead clients through the convergence of the bank-led syndicated finance and private credit markets. The European Leveraged Finance Practice comprises 10 dedicated lender-side leveraged finance partners across the London and Paris offices, combining deep experience in broadly syndicated leveraged loan financings and high-yield bond offerings with a market-leading private credit platform. The team works closely with the wider Proskauer Global Finance Practice on product offerings, which, in addition to leverage finance, include fund finance, investment grade lending and capital markets, restructurings and workouts, structured products and sports financings.
Tax:
Proskauer’s Tax lawyers work on all tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, structuring of inward and cross-border investments, establishment of investment funds, joint ventures, restructurings, capital markets and financing matters.
Financial Services Regulation:
