Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation

The practice represents public companies and private employers in all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Our Employment Practice Group partners with corporate clients across the U.S. to provide strategic counsel and representation on employment law, executive compensation, and restrictive covenant matters. The team advises on complex, multi-state compliance issues, evolving federal and state regulations, and human resources strategies, and plays a critical role in M&A transactions by guiding clients through employment-related due diligence, risk mitigation, and contract negotiation.

Environmental:

MMM’s environmental practice addresses and solves environmental issues associated with every type of property and is known for developing mechanisms through which impacted properties can be purchased, financed, redeveloped and sold in an increasingly challenging market.

REITs, Funds & Alternative Investments:
