■ Represented significant land rig operator in the out-of-court restructuring of approximately $120m of secured debt and $50m of unsecured debt
■ Debtors’ Lead Counsel for Gulf Fleet Holdings, Inc., as well as 10 of its subsidiaries and affiliates in Chapter 11 with over $35m in assets and approximately $65m in claims
