Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard names two attorneys as shareholders of the firm. “Our Board of Directors and existing Shareholders are excited to announce that we have recently welcomed Tyler Arbour and Aaron DeLong as our newest Shareholders,” remarked Lugenbuhl’s managing partner, Benjamin Kadden. “Each bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in their respective fields of tax and M&A, which will help to further, strengthen and broaden the quality and breadth of services that Lugenbuhl can provide to its existing and future clients.”
Tyler J. Arbour joined the firm in December 2018 as a key player in the expansion of firm’s tax, trust and estates, and commercial practice. Since then, Arbour’s contributions in several of the firm’s prominent practice areas highlighted his indispensable knowledge, particularly due to his experience as both a transactional attorney and litigator. Arbour’s multi-disciplinary practice includes tax planning, tax controversies and tax-exempt organizations, estate planning and litigation, as well as the negotiation of matrimonial agreements for high-net-worth clients. Arbour is knowledgeable with administering large successions, including those involving litigation, and the representation of taxpayers in matters involving the IRS, the Louisiana Department of Revenue and various parish governments. Arbour’s commercial practice includes both business transactions and general commercial litigation. He advises clients with operating agreements, asset purchases, employment agreements and other business matters. Arbour litigates in both state and federal court.
Aaron M. DeLong joined the firm in 2021 to enhance the firm’s commercial transaction section. DeLong’s practice includes both private and public sector experience. He works with US and international companies assisting in the guidance of novel investments structures, financing agreements, M&A transactions, reorganizations, along with a variety of other commercial transactions. His wide-range of industry experience includes financial services and private investments, international trade and logistics, energy, transportation, mining, telecommunications, healthcare, aerospace and defense and leisure and hospitality.
