NEW ORLEANS – Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard name three attorneys as new shareholders while two associates are named Counsel. “Members of the firm were not surprised with the selection of Armand Samuels and Kevin McGlone as the newest Shareholders in the New Orleans office and with Gregory Aycock in our Baton Rouge Office. Armand Samuels’ practice partners with clients on resolving debt disputes for businesses of all sizes. Armand’s experience with post-judgment debt collections provides clients strategic and effective debt recovery solutions. A thorough understanding of debt collection claims under the Louisiana Oil Well Lien Act for clients in the oil and gas industry.

Kevin McGlone joined the firm in 2023. As a member of Lugenbuhl’s insurance section, Kevin has 20+ years of experience as a litigator handling maritime personal injury claims, insurance coverage actions, bad faith claims, and environmental litigation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and is an active member of the Louisiana Bar Association.

Gregory Aycock is an accomplished trial lawyer focusing on insurance defense. He tries cases and leads defense teams in a wide range of matters, including claims of personal injury, product liability, construction defect and more. His experience and credentials have earned him speaking engagements across the nation.

Other promotions include two associates earn the title of Counsel. Sarah Laurie whose primary practice focuses on Insurance Law and James (Jim) Thurman from the firm’s Bankruptcy Section are both located in Lugenbuhl’s New Orleans office.
