The firm has long-established expertise in handling new technology/IT matters, with a particular emphasis on clients in such industries as FinTech, MedTech, cloud computing, AI, entertainment and gambling. TMT/IT lawyers are specialists in the following fields:
- preparing and negotiating various IT contracts, in particular in an international environment.
- advising on regulatory aspects of cloud solutions;
- addressing the legal implications of intersections between new technologies/IT and regulated markets (e.g., banking, gambling, insurance).

Corporate, M&A and investment process
KWKR specializes in matters connected with venture capital, private equity and M&A deals in the new technologies sector. This department, coordinated by attorney-at-law Paulina Opiełka, supports clients every step of the way, from establishing corporate structures in Poland or abroad, preparing transactional documents, as well as handling both R&D and the IP commercialization phase, right through to managing successful exits or IPOs. We focus on:
- facilitating complex transactions in an international environment (Europe, Central Asia, North and South America);

Thanks to its collaboration with leading international funds and development companies, KWKR has helped transform the real estate market in the institutional and commercial lease sector. Our lawyers:
- provide support at every stage of the investment process connected with the purchase of real estate, with a special focus on the PRS and commercial markets;
- render professional advice and representation in administrative and judicial proceedings;
- provide comprehensive assistance in connection with the leasing of commercial and logistics spaces
