Competition: 

  • Representation in competition infringement claims.

Work Highlights: 

  • Advising the Spanish Confederation of Goods Vehicles Manufacturers on the truck manufacturers cartel. CCS Abogados has designed TRUCK DATA INTELLIGENCE (TDI), a complex management tool which allows the document and procedural management of 6,700 claims, amounting to EUR750 million, on behalf of 4,550 clients
  • Class action against the Italian corrugated carboard cartel: CCS Abogados has signed an agreement with litigation fund Antitrust Litigation Investment (A.L.I.), Italian law firm Scoccini & Associati and economics consultancy Fideres to claim damages, in Spain, arising from the cartel.
  • Representation of claimants in the car manufacturers cartel.
