Healthcare: Provides coordinated representation in all aspects of healthcare law, including reimbursement/coverage issues, Stark regulations, anti-kickback matters, fraud and abuse counseling, regulatory issues, false claims defense, HIPAA/health privacy advice, RACs, telemedicine, and e-health.

Insurance & Reinsurance: Advises US and European insurers, reinsurers, and brokers on multistate licensing projects, tax issues, regulatory compliance matters, and state investigations. Counsels clients on cross-border acquisitions including public company employment.

Intellectual Property Litigation and Transactions: Comprehensive IP services including patent litigation, patent prosecution, Hatch-Waxman/Biosimilars, trademark prosecution, trademark litigation, copyright, and IP transactional work, as well as trade secrets,

International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution: Represents parties in international commercial arbitration, treaty-based, and concession-based investor-State arbitration, and State-State arbitration. Advises sovereign and private clients on commercial law and international law matters, including questions arising under contracts, concessions and treaties, including international investment agreements.

International Trade: Represents and advises clients in a range of cross-border matters, such as customs/import compliance; global trade policy; international trade litigation, including litigation before US Court of International Trade and US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and representing clients before the US Trade Representative office; export controls and sanctions, including compliance with the Arms Export Control Act and ITAR; and international anti-corruption and the FCPA.

Labour & Employment: Counsels on employment litigation, labour management relations, occupational safety and health, employee benefits, immigration, federal contractors, and public accommodations.

Non-Profits & Associations: Represents tax-exempt organisations on matters relating to tax, government relations, finance, real estate, labour, intellectual property, antitrust, and litigation. Serves as outside general counsel to these organisations.

Product Liability & Mass Torts: Help protect clients from product liability and mass tort risk by counseling on product development, regulatory compliance, product recalls, and litigation.

Real Estate: Handles projects for institutional and private investors in joint venture formation and structuring, portfolio acquisition and sale, land acquisition and development, construction, financing, leasing, management, brokerage and sale for such projects as office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, factories, warehouses, research and development parks, and residential developments.

White-Collar: Handles all stages of a government investigation including parallel civil and criminal proceedings involving multiple agencies and across multiple jurisdictions. Conducts sensitive internal investigations, provides compliance and ethics training, guides clients through complex governmental audits and investigations.
