PRINCIPAL AREAS OF WORK The London office is the hub of Akin’s international practice and is the firm’s third largest office. The firm’s strategy in London is to focus on the practices that are core strengths of the firm globally. This has resulted in a fully integrated office working closely with colleagues around the globe while advising on complex, high-value matters, with particular depth in financial restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, special situations & private credit, international trade, international disputes, litigation, investment management, tax and projects & energy transition.
