Natasha is a technology sector specialist who advises clients on intellectual property, IT and commercial contracts across domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice focuses on technology transactions, with particular expertise in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence.
Natasha represents technology companies, financial sponsors and sovereign wealth investors on high-value matters, including sophisticated M&A transactions and the launch of innovative services. Her sector experience spans financial services, brand management, data and insights, and other industries requiring cutting-edge technology advice.
Before entering private practice, Natasha spent five years as a member of the in-house legal team at a global brand management company. Following her transition to private practice, she served as deputy general counsel on secondment to a leading global data and insights company. She was previously a Partner at another prominent international law firm.
