Dr. Zvi Gabbay is the head of the Capital Markets Department at Barnea Jaffa Lande. Zvi possesses in-depth knowledge of financial regulation, securities, capital markets, and white-collar matters. He represents corporations and individuals in both Israel and the United States.

Zvi’s background includes roles as a prosecutor at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office, where he served as an assistant district attorney; the head of enforcement and a member of the management of the Israel Securities Authority (Zvi was the only non-government member to serve on the committee); and a lawyer in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Thanks to this varied experience, Zvi is widely considered one of Israel’s leading lawyers for all white collar-related matters.
