Career

Prior to joining Barnea Jaffa Lande, Zvi served as the Head of Enforcement and as a member of management at the Israel Securities Authority. Before that, Zvi served as lawyer in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and as a prosecutor in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s office.

Zvi has contributed to the regulation of matters pertaining to investment services and portfolio management by technological means, and is the author of numerous publications on law and tech interfaces.
