Zoe is a specialist family lawyer with nearly 30 years’ experience and is particularly well known for representing high net worth clients and/or those with complex financial arrangements.
One of Zoe’s passions is assisting clients who are seeking to protect their existing and future wealth with nuptial agreements (pre-marital/post-marital agreements) and non-married couples who wish to regulate their financial arrangements with a cohabitation agreement. However, Zoe is experienced in all aspects of family law; leading the reported case of GR v DR [2013] 2FLR 1534 and has been interviewed on national television regarding same sex marriage. Zoe is also highly skilled in advising in complex children disputes including where the parents are estranged, parental alienation is a feature and also international relocation cases and Zoe is admired for her sensitive handling of clients going through those difficult life experiences whilst offering robust representation to help achieve the best outcome.
Prior to joining Hall Brown as a Consultant, Zoe was Partner and Head of the Family team at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield and historically worked alongside Alison Fernandes and Martin Loxley for many years. Zoe’s arrival at Hall Brown builds on the strength and depth offered by the Hall Brown’s Sheffield team.
