Zhi Bao

Heading the antitrust team at FenXun Partners, Bao Zhi leverages his previous experience in MOFCOM to deliver regulatory advice to clients. He is highly active in advising international and domestic companies on merger filing before SAMR and compliance with Chinese antitrust laws. He also works with the firm's international partner Baker McKenzie, particularly for cases involving a cross-jurisdictional element.
