I have been in the industry for 25 years, with a wealth of professional experience, familiar with the legal standards for patent examination and trial, and handled a large number of cases with significant social impact, many of which are 426 public trial cases of the Supreme People's Court and have been selected as typical cases the Supreme People's Court; I have been honored to be listed in the 2024/2025 Chambers Greater China Guide in the field of intellectual property。

本人在业务拓展上，尤其在通信领域获得了很大的突破。为国内80%的中国知名智能终端代理其专利无效以及纠纷业务。这一年来所收获的案件胜诉率近80%，在大环境局势非最理想的状态下仍然保持着以往的较高胜诉率，为大部分客户取得较为满意的结果。

I have achieved significant breakthroughs in business development, particularly in the telecommunications field. I have represented approximately 80% of China's well-known smart terminal brands in patent invalidation and dispute cases. Over the past year, the case win rate attained has been close to 80%. Despite the less-than-ideal overall market conditions, I have maintained a consistently high win rate, delivering satisfactory outcomes for the majority of clients.
