Zachary Eddington

Zachary Eddington focuses his practice on matters involving the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and other national security matters. He advises clients on whether to make CFIUS filings, represents clients in CFIUS reviews, and assists clients with the negotiation and implementation of CFIUS mitigation agreements and responses to CFIUS non-notified inquiries. He also has litigation experience and has drafted briefs about various constitutional and statutory issues.

Zachary has worked with clients in a range of industries, such as aerospace and defense, energy, and technology. He has frequently handled matters involving emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, autonomous systems and robotics, and space technologies and systems.

Zachary clerked for Judge Jerry Smith of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Before law school, he served as an intelligence analyst for the US Department of Defense in Washington and Baghdad.
