北京星来律师事务所名誉主任，星来电子证据研究院联席院长，北京大学法学博士。中国刑事诉讼法学研究会理事，公安部全国看守所律师特约监督员，北京大学法学院兼职硕士生导师，北京大学金融校友联合会副会长，中国政法大学法律硕士学院兼职教授，北京外国语大学法学院研究生校外导师。第八届、第九届中华全国律师协会刑事专业委员会委员，第十届中华全国律师协会企业合规法律专业委员会副主任，北京市规划和自然资源委员会法律专家，中国企业联合会企业合规工作委员会委员。主要执业领域为刑事诉讼、企业刑事法律危机防控与应对，承办过多起国内影响较大的刑事案件，其中尤以承办职务犯罪、经济犯罪案件见长。所著的中英文版《大辩护——我和我的刑辩故事》面向海内外发行，独创“大辩护”概念，善于运用大思维、大视野，跳出案件看案件，运用综合手段进行代理，对重大疑难的职务犯罪、经济犯罪等案件诉讼经验丰富，技巧运用娴熟，善于处理复杂的社会关系和法律关系。

He is a Director of the China Criminal Procedure Law Society, Special Supervisor for Lawyers of National Detention Houses appointed by the Ministry of Public Security, Part-Time Master’s Supervisor at Peking University Law School, Vice President of Peking University Finance Alumni Federation, Adjunct Professor at the China University of Political Science and Law Law Master School, and Off-Campus Postgraduate Tutor for the Law School of Beijing Foreign Studies University.

He served as a member of the Criminal Law Committee of the 8th and 9th All-China Lawyers Association, Deputy Director of the Corporate Compliance Committee of the 10th All-China Lawyers Association, Legal Expert of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, and Member of the Corporate Compliance Working Committee of China Enterprise Confederation.

His main practice areas include criminal procedure and prevention & response to corporate criminal legal crises. He has handled numerous high-impact criminal cases in China, with particular expertise in duty-related crime and economic crime matters.

His book Grand Defense: My Stories of Criminal Defense (Chinese and English editions) has been published and distributed at home and abroad. He originated the concept of “Grand Defense”. Adopting a broad mindset and perspective, he analyzes cases beyond the case itself and employs comprehensive approaches for case representation. He boasts extensive litigation experience and sophisticated advocacy skills in major and complex duty-related crime, economic crime and other cases, and is adept at navigating intricate social and legal relationships.
