Colin YF Yang (Yang Yunfu) is the director, managing and senior partner of Yang & Lin Co. Law Firm. Colin YF Yang now serves as the consultant expert of civil administrative affairs for the supreme people's procuratorate. He has been employed as an expert of maritime and admiralty affairs by the Supreme People’s Court for many times.

Career

Aug.1988 – Dec.1990, worked aboard the ship, whilst acted as the second officer for about one and a half years;

Jan.1991 – 1997, served in Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) engaging in marine accidents investigation and disputes settling;

1994年至1997年在广东海事律师事务所任兼职律师

1997 – Feb. 2001, worked as a full-time lawyer in Guangdong Maritime Law Office; established Huang & Yang Maritime Law Office and was the managing partner of Huang & Yang Maritime Law Office;
