广东恒福律师事务所（Yang & Lin Co Law Firm）是一家处理海事、海商、保险、涉外法律事务、金融、贸易、房地产、公司投资、知识产权、刑事、行政、劳资、海外仲裁等法律事务的综合性律师事务所。

Yang & Lin was established in April, 2006. On 2014 Dec, the Shanghai branch, Yang & Lin (Shanghai) Co. Law Firm was set up. In April 2023, the U.S. office was set up at New York in the name of Yang & Lin (USA)Consulting LLC. And in March 2024, the Zhengzhou branch, Yang & Lin (Zhengzhou) Co. Law Firm was set up. It also has offices in Xiamen and Fuzhou. In May 2025, Yang & Lin found a joint venture law firm-- Hengfu WPCL OCT Law Firm (HWO Law Firm)---with two law firms each from Hong Kong and Macao. Yang & Lin (branch and offices included) adopts a corporate-based and integrated management model and adheres to a development pattern of branding and professionalism. The law firm enjoys a strong reputation.

恒福所成立于2006年4月。2014年12月，在上海设立了分所-广东恒福（上海）律师事务所。在郑州设立了分所-广东恒福（郑州）律师事务所，恒福所在厦门、纽约设立了办事处。2025年5月，恒福所与香港、澳门各一家律师所合作成立了恒福黄澳事（南沙）联营律师事务所。恒福所（包括分所、办事处）采用公司制、一体化的经营管理模式，坚持专业化、品牌化的发展模式，具有很强的实力。

In April 2016, Yang & Lin has signed a cooperation agreement with South China Normal University, making Yang & Lin a professional practice base for the said University.

In June 2018, COSCO Shipping Bulk Co., Ltd has set up a corporate lawyer practice base at Yang & Lin.

2018年6月，中远海运散货运输有限公司在恒福所设立了公司律师实习基地。
