Mr. Young-Geun Kim is a partner at Shin & Kim and studied in Japan focusing on insolvency and secured transactions law. He worked as an international associate attorney at Karasuma Law Office in Kyoto and Kitahama Partners in Osaka. After returning to Shin & Kim, he has advised numerous clients in rehabilitation and bankruptcy proceedings. In March 2017, he was appointed as a statutory auditor of the Insolvency Law Institute of Korea. Since February of 2019, when the editorial committee was created, Mr. Young-Geun Kim has been participating in the project as assistant administrator responsible for selecting and reviewing relevant cases and comparing them with foreign judicial cases.
