Yeşim Bezen is a founding partner of Bezen & Partners. She advises domestic and non-domestic clients in a wide variety of transactions, most notably in banking, finance, asset and project finance transactions.
Yeşim Bezen heads up the finance practice of Bezen & Partners and has extensive experience of banking and projects work both in Turkey and abroad.
She advises clients in English, French, German (native) and Turkish (native).
Yeşim Bezen is a qualified solicitor (England & Wales). She has completed her training with and has been employed by a Magic Circle law firm’s London office from 2001 to 2007 where she advised clients (mainly financiers) on banking, aviation, shipping, structured finance and project finance transactions.
Yeşim Bezen holds a Diplom in Politologie from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Universität, Maîtrise of Relations Internationales from Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I), Diploma in International Law from London School of Economics, and CPE and LPC from College of Law.
