-Supported hundreds of restructurings and incorporations of foreign/domestic companies
-Led largest four multibillion USD M&A (through MTO) post the economic and political changes of 2011 (Qatar National Bank, OCI N.V., France Telecom (Orange), Electrolux).
-Oversaw the largest number of IPOs during the last decade (e.g. MTI Group, Orascom Construction Limited, Juhayna, Palm Hills Development, Maridive & Oil Services, GB Auto, Arafa Group, Talaat Mostafa Group).
-Advised Orange in its US$ 3 billion acquisition of Mobinil (largest Telecom acquisition post 2011).
-Guided bidding consortia into being awarded mobile/fixed wireless licenses.
-Drafted/negotiated all major telecom licenses.
-Appointed Member, New Telecommunications Act Drafting Committee.
