ZH has handled the majority of Egypt’s IPOs, dual listings, and GDRs under Regulation S and Rule 144A, and has played a leading role in launching MTOs and executing most securitization and bond transactions in Egypt. The Firm also excels in incorporating and restructuring investment funds and providing ongoing legal support for their management and operations. Over the years, ZH has advised on numerous capital increases, IPOs, private placements, and bond issuances involving both cash injections and debt-to-equity conversions.
