ZH has accumulated extensive experience in handling the majority of IPOs, dual listings, and Global Depository Receipts that have taken place in Egypt under Regulation S and Rule 144A.  The Firm also excels in launching MTOs through the Egyptian Stock Exchange and has handled the majority of securitization and bond issuing transactions that have taken place in Egypt.  Additionally, ZH excels in incorporating and restructuring funds and in providing legal support to their operation and management. Over the years, the Firm has advised on the the largest portion of capital increase with support to cash injections and debt equity including IPOs, private placements, bond issuance and all other routine matters pertaining to listed companies. The legal services extended also comprised regular – and smooth - dealings with the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority and Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR).
