Additionally, Lawyer Fu Yangyuan has also served as the senior legal counsel for many private equity investment projects involving 杉木资本、Qiming Venture Capital, Zhongxin Juyuan, Hengxu Capital, and Yingke Capital. Furthermore, Lawyer Fu Yangyuan is also the senior legal counsel for A-share and H-share listed companies such as SAIC Group, Huayu Automotive, Taige Medicine, Junshi Biotech, Aihong Medicine, Jingchen Shares, Jianghang Equipment, Microbot Robotics, Haitong Hengxin, Wangbian Electric, Shengtai Garments, Aojia Hua, and Lan Ying Equipment.
