Yangho Shin

Yangho Charles Shin is of counsel in the Complex Litigation and Arbitration practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the Seoul office. He is a trial and appellate litigator with an established record of helping individuals and multinational companies in complex, bet-the-company litigations and arbitrations.

Charles represents clients in a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, business fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair and deceptive trade practices, product defect, non-competes and restrictive covenants, and misappropriation and theft of trade secret matters. He also counsels clients on economic sanctions compliance, board governance and other business law issues, and implements effective pre-litigation and pre-arbitration strategies.
