Simon’s practice focuses on compliance investigations, white collar defense as well as international arbitration. He has represented top tier international and domestic companies before government regulators and in arbitration cases before CIETAC, HKIAC and SHIAC. Simon is an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
