Advised on the US$3 billion hybrid financing for the development of NLNG’s seventh liquefaction train.

Advised on the debt issuance programme established by BUA Cement Plc to raise capital of up to N200,000,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Billion Naira). The bond issue is the largest ever corporate bond issued in the Nigerian debt capital market.

Advised the African Finance Corporation (AFC) on its NGN121.4 billion facility to Emerging Markets Telecommunications Services Limited (Etisalat Nigeria, now 9Mobile).

Advised the Sellers on the divestment of their shares in Forte Oil Plc. (the Company) valued at USD177Million, constituting 74.02% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Advised Evercare Group, the largest healthcare fund on the development of two hospital projects in Lagos, Nigeria valued at USD600 million.
