• Advising Huaxin Cement Co. Limited, a Hong Kong listed company on the Nigerian aspects of the indirect acquisition of 83.81% of Lafarge Africa Plc, a leading cement manufacturer in Nigeria.

• Advised Mavin Global Holdings Limited on the Nigerian law aspects of the divestment of its entire issued share capital to Universal Music Group.

• Advised Amo Farms Sieberer Hatchery Limited on a circa US$12,000,000 investment by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the Amo Farms Group, a leading poultry and genetics business focused on food security in Nigeria.

• Advised FBN Holdings Limited on the divestment of its entire stake in FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited, a foremost merchant bank in Nigeria.

• Advising Solar Overseas Mauritius Limited on its proposed acquisition of 88.9% of Intrachem Limited, a manufacturer and supplier of commercial explosives, initiating systems and related accessories for all mining, quarrying, seismic and construction industries in Nigeria.
