Practice Areas

Wojciech specializes in complex court and arbitration disputes, including contract termination, penalties, and remuneration indexation. He has acted as lead counsel in high-value, multi-case proceedings and represents clients in appeal and cassation matters.

He advises on large infrastructure and construction projects (e.g. roads, airports, energy facilities) and contracts for advanced industrial technologies. His practice includes international arbitration (e.g. ICC disputes involving cross-continental projects) and investment treaty cases (BIT).

He also handles recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. He has led proceedings involving claims exceeding PLN 600 million.
