William is a partner based in our Hong Kong office. William has extensive experience advising issuers, underwriters and corporate trustees on debt and equity-linked capital markets transactions across the Greater China region, including with respect to Renminbi denominated capital markets instruments. He has advised clients in relation to investment grade and high yield notes, convertible and exchangeable bonds, medium term note programmes, certificate of deposit programmes, hybrid securities and liability management exercises. He has experience across a range of industry sectors including energy, financial buyers, infrastructure & transport and real estate.
