Bill Maderer is the Managing Member of the Firm and has successfully tried employment, business and criminal cases to verdict in both federal and state courts. A former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey and Chief of the Special Prosecution Division, he is regularly retained to conduct independent investigations to assist clients in detecting employee misconduct in both civil and criminal matters.
