Katherine A. Escanlar concentrates her practice in business litigation, antitrust, trade regulation and unfair competition, and intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Escanlar has litigated a wide range of matters, with an emphasis on matters before the federal courts. Her business litigation practice includes representing corporate clients in complex commercial disputes. She also represents pharmaceutical, automobile, telecommunications, construction, and other technology companies in a range of patent, trademark, and competition disputes.

Prior to joining Saiber, she clerked for the Hon. Steven L. Lefelt, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
