Weronika Achramowicz is a managing partner of Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw office, and co heads the office’s Transactional and Commercial practices. Over nearly two decades, she has built a market leading reputation for advising on strategic M&A, private equity, technology, international trade, manufacturing and industrial goods, energy transition, and commercial investment matters, earning recognition as one of Poland’s top corporate/M&A lawyers. In addition to leading key industry initiatives at the firm, she is a frequent speaker at the European Economic Congress and supports impact investing projects and Polish companies expanding abroad.

Weronika represents public and private clients, both foreign and domestic, on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, international trade, foreign direct investments, greenfield projects, and general corporate/commercial compliance. Weronika guides clients through all stages of investments and cross border transactions, focusing on companies operating globally and in regulatory-heavy industries, particularly in industrial goods and services, manufacturing, chemicals, retail and technology sectors. Weronika also supports Warsaw’s Sustainability and Energy Transition team by leveraging her expertise in sustainable energy transition issues and infrastructure projects, including nuclear energy.
