Weronika Achramowicz

Weronika Achramowicz focuses on transactions and international business. She co-heads the M&A/ transactional practice and heads the International Commercial & Trade team in the Baker McKenzie Warsaw office. Weronika advises on M&A, JVs and broader corporate and commercial strategy matters, with a focus on businesses operating in complex global environments. She leads clients from the early stages of their investments, through post-acquisition integrations, transaction related carve-outs, setting commercial alliances and worldwide distribution channels, to corporate compliance and commercial regulatory advice. Moreover, she helps clients to aim at materializing ESG-principles through well-thought-out investment decisions and commercial and trade compliance.
