Wendy focuses on electric energy regulation and natural gas pipelines, representing diverse energy clients including investor-owned utilities, independent generators, investors in transmission, regional transmission organizations, and gas distribution companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the Department of Energy, and federal courts. Practicing energy law for 25 years, she has extensive experience representing clients in numerous multi-party, litigated proceedings at FERC concerning rates, open access, energy markets, mergers and acquisitions, and interconnections.
