Mr.Liang has been practicing law for nearly 30 years. He is currently a senior partner at Guangdong Guangxìn Lawyers Firm and a member of the Partnership Admission and Withdrawal Review Committee. Over his career, he has handled about 1,000 construction and real estate related cases, with particular expertise in all sides of disputes involving the de facto constructors.
