Chunping Wang

Primarily Focuses on complex and challenging civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, administrative reconsideration and litigation, cases involving the intersection of civil and administrative law, corporate and banking & finance matters, real estate and construction, debt restructuring and recovery, and corporate liquidation and bankruptcy.

Has been practicing at ETR Law Firm since graduating from Peking University Law School in 1999. Currently serves as the Senior Partner, Member of the Strategic Development Committee, Member of the Partnership Admission and Withdrawal Review Committee, and Director of the Credit Protection Law Research Center. Previously served as Co-Chair of the Firm's Third Management Committee.

Serves or has served as an arbitrator at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, a director of the Procedural Law Research Association of the Guangdong Law Society, a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, an expert in Administrative law matters in the Guangdong Lawyers Association Expert Pool, an expert member of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of Guangdong Provincial Tax Service, State Administration of Taxation, an expert in the Guangzhou Mediation Expert Pool, a member of the Civil Law Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association and a member of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, etc.

Serves as the chief editor in the publication of Breaking Through the Path to Debt Recovery: Analysis of Complex Legal Issues in Debt Collection and Disposal; Serves as the lead author of Legal Guidelines for Pre-Construction Activities in Power Grid Development; Has published numerous papers and articles in various journals including core legal journals：
