2020年，重庆丽达律师事务所通过竞选方式取得北汽瑞翔汽车有限公司、重庆北汽幻速汽车销售有限公司实质破产重整一案，该案负债高达170亿元，案件复杂、债权人数众多。彭蔚律师作为案件组长，带领团队积极推进案件重整事宜，在此期间多次与债权人取得了良好的沟通，在短短几个月内与案件成员一起成功通过网络债权人会议的方式通过了重整计划草案。

The bankruptcy reorganization case of BAIC Ruixiang Automobile Co., Ltd. and Chongqing BAIC Hangspeed Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. she handled was honored as "Top 10 Bankruptcy Cases of 2021" by Chongqing Lawyers Association and "Top 10 Commercial Trial Typical Cases of 2021" by Chongqing Courts. It was also selected as "Top 10 Typical Cases of Participating in Major Event Disposal" in the "First National Typical Cases of Lawyers' Public Welfare (Social Responsibility)" organized by Legal Daily and the Center for Lawyer Studies of China University of Political Science and Law.

Professional Experience

Notable achievements:

In the creditor's rights transfer dispute case between Chongqing Three Gorges Bank Co., Ltd. and an asset management company, she identified the key breakthrough point and finally recovered nearly 40 million yuan in losses for the bank.

In the construction engineering contract dispute case between a construction company, a district government and the district finance bureau, she recovered nearly 400 million yuan in losses for the client relying on professional legal knowledge and rich practical experience.

In 2020, Chongqing Lida Law Firm won the substantive bankruptcy reorganization case of BAIC Ruixiang Automobile Co., Ltd. and Chongqing BAIC Hangspeed Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. through bidding. With debts totaling 17 billion yuan, the case was highly complex with a large number of creditors. As the case team leader, Ms. Peng led the team to actively promote the reorganization process. During this period, she maintained good communication with creditors many times and successfully passed the reorganization plan draft via an online creditors' meeting within a few months together with the case team members.

Social Services

Ms. Peng is enthusiastic about public welfare activities and has established a good social image in her practice.

Since May 1, 2012, she has served as a guest lawyer for News Bang Bang Bang and Tian Tian 630 (two popular programs of Chongqing News Channel), providing legal advice to audiences across the city for more than 3,000 times.
