Wayne Lee has spent the last 15 years focusing his practice on insurance and insurance class action lawsuits. He assists clients with legal matters such as coverage issues, bad faith claims, mold claims, regulatory issues and class action claims with a myriad of substantive issues. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented numerous insurance companies in class action lawsuits that alleged improper handling of claims.

Wayne has spent more than four decades at Stone Pigman and currently serves as chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He also hosts diversity receptions at Stone Pigman where first-year law students are invited to meet a community of diverse judges and attorneys.

Wayne was elected as the first African American President of the Louisiana State Bar Association and served on the House of Delegates and Board of Governors. He was the former Chair of the Practice Assistance and Improvement Committee, the Continuing Legal Education Program Committee, and the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee and the former Co-Chair of the Standing Committee on Diversity.
