He represented Ardian, Bridgepoint, Intermediate Capital Group, Rodenstock group, Rivean Capital (formerly Gilde Buy Out Partners), Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and many other clients in complex national and international transactions.
Volker’s experience includes advising:
- DYNAmore Holding GmbH on the sale of its six operational DYNAmore subsidiaries to Ansys, Inc.
- Intermediate Capital Group, inter alia, on the acquisition of proALPHA Group, Minimax Viking Group and two German hospital chains as well as on the sale of Loparex group to Pamplona Capital Management.
- Rodenstock Group, a German manufacturer of high-quality progressive lenses, in connection with its acquisition by Apax Funds, and on the sale of its eyewear business to De Rigo group.
- A family office on the disposal of two separate real estate investments
