Vlad Druța's career is defined by several complex transactions. The acquisition of the Pehart Group in 2025 stands out, representing one of the biggest transactions in Romania in 2025. This complex deal involved INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund's acquisition from Abris Capital Partners, with innovative management co-investment structures and sophisticated financing arrangements.
Another recent highlight is his work on the cross-border transaction consisting in the merger of Planable with SER, a Camber Partners-backed company, in one of the most significant transactions in the Romanian tech sector.
