Vivian has experience in complex labor and employment litigation matters, as well as individual and class actions. She defends the interests of companies and economic sectors (such as technology and pharmaceutical sectors, among many others) in controversial labor disputes before Brazil’s Superior Labor Court, Supreme Court, and Regional Courts. She has extensive experience with privatizations within the energy sector and in executing settlement agreements with the Brazilian Labor Prosecutor’s Office and labor unions. With excellent networking skills, Vivian knows how to navigate between the corporate world and the judiciary.
