He has significant expertise in patent litigation before national and European courts, as well as in the out-of-court management of disputes, anti-counterfeiting strategies, contractual negotiations and the protection and enhancement of research results.
He assists clients in matters relating to patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other distinctive signs, geographical indications, design, software, advertising and unfair competition.
He also advises on competition law and dispute resolution.
His sector experience includes fashion, design and luxury, communication and advertising, automotive, pharma, med tech and life sciences, mechanical industries, food and beverage, cosmetics and beauty, technology, artificial intelligence and blockchain, chemicals, manufacturing and textiles, and media and telecommunications.
Career
Vincenzo has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2002 and admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and Higher Jurisdictions since 2015.
He was previously a partner at the law firm of Professor Franzosi, a leading practice in industrial property law, where he worked from 2001 to 2023.
He is frequently invited as a speaker and lecturer at conferences and seminars and is the author of articles, publications and one of the earliest commentaries on the Italian Industrial Property Code.
He collaborates with the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Parma and lectures for Convey in courses preparing candidates for qualification as patent attorneys.
