Practice Areas
Vincenzo focuses his practice on intellectual and industrial property law, an area in which he has developed extensive experience since the beginning of his career and in which he is recognised at the highest level.
He advises and represents clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trademarks, design and copyright, including the protection of software and applications. His practice also covers unfair competition, advertising law, and contractual matters related to the protection of technology and innovative solutions.
His sector experience includes communication and advertising, consumer, fashion, design and luxury, pharma, med tech and life sciences, technology, artificial intelligence and blockchain, food and beverage, manufacturing and textiles, and mechanical industries.
Career
Vincenzo joined the law firm of Professor Franzosi in 1994, a leading European practice in industrial law, becoming partner in 2000 and later working as Managing Partner.
He is the author of numerous publications on industrial property law, published in Italy and abroad, and is contributor to the scientific review Il Diritto Industriale..
His professional experience also includes significant academic activity in Italy and internationally, as well as participation as a speaker at national and international conferences.
He is an honorary member of the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg and a member of international organisations of industrial property lawyers, including LES and AIPPI.
Among his publications, he contributed as the only Italian author to a team of leading patent litigation lawyers from twenty-one industrialised countries for the book “Global Patent Litigation: How and Where to Win” (Bloomberg, 2025) and Japanese review.
Professional Memberships
Admitted to the Bar in 1991. Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and Higher Jurisdictions in 2003.
