Avocat à la cour, Vincent is a member of our tax practice group and of our global financial investors group.

He has extensive expertise in corporate tax and finance tax and is notably involved in the structuring and tax aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, reorganization and real estate transactions, both in a domestic and cross-border context, for a wide range of French and international clients. He has also a strong tax litigation background.
