Vincent Agulhon

Vincent advises the clients of the firm on all tax issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions – including for listed companies – intragroup reorganizations, real estate investments and financial products, for transactions having generally a cross-border dimension. He also advises on the individual taxation of managers and entrepreneurs. Within that scope he represents multinational groups, investment funds and financial institutions.

Vincent also represents the clients of the firm in their relationships with the French tax authorities, applying for tax rulings or in the course of tax audits, and also in connection with tax disputes and tax litigation before the French administrative and judicial courts.

Vincent joined the firm in 2013, after having spent successively 7 years in a French law firm specialized in tax law and then 14 years in the Paris office of a US law firm where he was coordinating the European tax practice. In 1996 he was seconded to the tax department of a leading New York law firm.

He is a member of the board of the French Tax Lawyers Institute (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux). He is also a member of the scientific committee of the French branch of the IFA.
